A free trial before you pay, and a straightforward refund window after.

In short: try TradeSorter free for 14 days before you pay anything. If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, with no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends — you only pay when you actively choose a plan.
If you subscribe and decide TradeSorter is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on a monthly or a yearly plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Paddle emails you a receipt each time, and for yearly plans a reminder before the renewal date.
If a renewal catches you out, tell us within 14 days of the charge and, provided you have not made significant use of the service in that new period, we will refund it and close the subscription.
Outside that window, payments for a period already under way are not refundable, and we do not pro-rate part-used periods. Cancel instead — you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access running until the end of the current period. Your data stays available for 30 days after that, so you can export it or restart.
If TradeSorter does not do what we said it does, or a fault stops you using it and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, contact us — we will refund the affected period whether or not the 14 days have passed. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
Email hello@tradesorter.com from the address on the account, with the receipt number from your Paddle email. We aim to reply within one working day.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback suspends the account while the dispute runs, and it is almost always slower than emailing us for a refund.
