Terms of service

1. Who we are

TradeSorter is stock management software operated by Cuneyt Irmak - TradeSorter, a sole proprietorship (şahıs firması) registered in Türkiye, Turkish tax number 4661193369, trading from Istasyon Mah., Hakim Caglar Isik Cad. 37/3, 22100 Merkez/Edirne, Türkiye. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person, so the trader named above is personally the other party to this agreement. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cuneyt Irmak - TradeSorter, and "you" means the business that opens a TradeSorter account.

2. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, or by using TradeSorter, you agree to these terms of service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms should be read together with our privacy notice and our refund policy, which form part of this agreement.

3. Your account

TradeSorter is sold to businesses, not to consumers. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us at sign-up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account.
• Your account owner may invite other users; you remain responsible for what those users do.
• Tell us promptly at hello@tradesorter.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial your account is locked until you choose a plan — your data is not deleted, and it becomes available again as soon as you subscribe. We may change the length of the trial for future sign-ups, but not for a trial already running.

5. Plans, billing and payment

Subscriptions are sold monthly or yearly, in advance, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are exclusive of VAT and other sales taxes, which Paddle calculates and adds at checkout based on your location.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
• We do not see or store your card details. Payment details are handled by Paddle.
• If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it. We keep your account open while those retries run, and may suspend access if the payment is not recovered.
• We may change our prices. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to your renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and are not charged again.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Your data

The stock, supplier, purchase order and customer records you put into TradeSorter belong to you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train machine learning models.

We process that data to run the service for you, as described in our privacy notice. You can export your inventory data at any time while your account is active.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you put into the service, and for meeting your own data protection obligations to the people whose details you store in it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use TradeSorter to store or distribute unlawful material;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other customers' accounts, or our infrastructure;
• probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written permission;
• copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law says you may;
• use automated means to place unreasonable load on the service.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep TradeSorter available and to keep backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will try to do so outside normal working hours.

Support is by email at hello@tradesorter.com. We aim to reply within one working day.

10. Changes to the service and to these terms

We improve TradeSorter continuously, and features may be added, changed or removed. We will not make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a plan you are paying for without giving you notice and the option to cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose payments remain unpaid after Paddle's retries are exhausted. Where the circumstances allow it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

After termination we keep your data for 30 days so it can be exported or the account restored, then delete it. Backups age out on their own cycle.

12. Liability

TradeSorter is a stock management tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own records, filings and stock decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and because TradeSorter is supplied to businesses:

• we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss;
• our total liability arising out of this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

The service is otherwise provided "as is", and we exclude all warranties that the law allows us to exclude.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Edirne courts and enforcement offices (mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here affects the separate contract you enter into with Paddle at checkout, which has its own governing law.
