Yes, for counting and for booking stock in or out. Open the count once while you have signal, then walk the yard: every line you count and every scan you confirm is kept on the phone and sent as soon as the signal is back. You will see “Offline” and the number of changes waiting at the top of the screen, and they clear themselves. Add the app to your home screen on iPhone so Safari keeps the saved data.
Start a count for the whole shop, for a few shelves, or let TradeSorter pick the ten lines most worth checking this week. The expected quantity is frozen when the count starts, so sales during the count do not throw it off. Scan or type the count for each line, and when you complete it TradeSorter posts one adjustment per line that differed. The variance, in units and in pounds, downloads as a spreadsheet for your accountant.
Yes. Print a count sheet grouped by shelf, with or without the expected quantities, or download it as a spreadsheet, fill in the Counted column and import it back. Rows left blank stay uncounted, so a half-finished sheet is safe to import.
