How a count goes in TradeSorter
- Book in what has arrived. Photograph each delivery note; the lines become a purchase order and the stock is in. No typing.
- Label the shelves. Print QR labels per shelf. Scanning a label on count day pulls up exactly what should be there.
- Count on any phone, with or without signal. Start the count for the shop or a few shelves; expected quantities are frozen; scan or type what you see. Counts made in the yard with no signal sync when you are back inside.
- Paper if you prefer. Print count sheets by shelf, or export them, fill in, and import back. Blank rows stay uncounted.
